Welcome to Neralis. These terms of service govern your access to and use of our platform offering courses on IT security and literacy. By enrolling in or accessing any part of our site at neralix.pro, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By accessing or using Neralis services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms as of the date of your first access.

2. Changes to Terms

Neralis may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our site. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Access and Registration

Certain sections require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Services, Digital Products, and Goods

4.1 Courses as a Service

Neralis offers live and recorded courses focused on IT security best practices and digital literacy. Course schedules, materials, and access instructions are provided upon registration.

4.2 Digital Products

We offer downloadable resources, guides, and templates as standalone information products. These are licensed to you for personal or organizational use and may not be shared or redistributed.

4.3 Physical Goods

Occasionally, Neralis provides physical items such as printed manuals or lresults kits. Details on shipment, handling, and delivery are presented at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services (Courses)

If you submit a refund request within seven days of enrollment and have attended less than 20% of a live session or accessed less than 20% of a recorded course, your payment will be reimbursed in full. You may transfer attendance to a future session at no extra charge, provided a request is made at least 48 hours before the session date. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

5.2 Digital Products

Due to immediate availability after download or access, digital products are not eligible for refund. At our discretion, we may offer technical support or provide a replacement digital item if there is a fault in the original product.

5.3 Physical Goods

Unused items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery notification. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund of the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping charges. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of item acceptance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Neralis disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neralis and its affiliates are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion without notice if you violate these terms. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
